1. Agreement to Terms
By installing the Rider or Driver application, or visiting our marketing website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these parameters, you are prohibited from utilizing the platform services.
2. Booking & Cancellation Policies
Commuters agree to upfront, traffic-integrated fares. Cancellations are subject to automated system penalty evaluations: free cancellations are granted within grace thresholds, whereas delayed rider cancellations or driver no-shows result in standard penalty balance adjustments.
3. Payment & Settlement Terms
All payments are processed securely via Paystack. Drivers receive automated payouts to verified local bank accounts. Commission deductions are calculated transparently and recorded atomically in the transaction ledger.
4. User Account & Conduct
Users must maintain valid account profiles. Fraudulent activity, device manipulation, wallet exploitation, or safety misconduct will lead to immediate account flag reviews, suspension, or permanent platform bans.
